Metabolomic Eye

Captured by a neuroscientist at the Moran Eye Center in Utah, the image shows 70 types of cells ranging from muscles to retina. The unique process to capture this image is called computational molecular phenotyping (CMP) and made the best visual images of 2011 in Science magazine.
